Our Policies

Below are a list of the policies for booking your next trip to Timbewolf Lodge.

  • All packages include our listed American Plan services
  • Deposit of $150.00 per person required at time of booking. If you need to cancel a reservation and do so within 8 weeks prior, we will honor your deposit if you re-book with us at a later date.
  • All rates quoted in CAD, with all taxes extra
  • Deposits are accepted by check or credit card
  • Final payment at camp the night before departure, paid by credit card
  • Accept  VISA or MasterCard
  • Flight days may be changed to fit your schedule , subject to air service availability
  • Weight limit of 75lbs of gear per person
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities
  • Timberwolf Lodge is not responsible for flight delays or cancellations due to bad weather. No extra charge applied for late departure due to weather
