Our Policies

Below are a list of the policies for booking your next trip to Timbewolf Lodge.

  • All packages include our listed American Plan services
  • Deposit of $200.00 per person required at time of booking. If you need to cancel a reservation and do so within 8 weeks prior, we will honor your deposit if you re-book with us at a later date.
  • All rates quoted in CAD and is per person.
  • Prices do not include tax, licenses, gratuities or export fees.
  • All credit card payments are subject to a 3% fee.
  • Deposits are accepted by check or credit card.
  • Final payment due 60 days before departure, paid by credit card or check.
  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, Check, E-transfer, Money order.
  • Flight days may be changed to fit your schedule , subject to air service availability.
  • Weight limit of 75lbs of gear per person.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities.
  • Timberwolf Lodge is not responsible for flight delays or cancellations due to bad weather. No extra charge applied for late departure due to weather.
