Below are a list of the policies for booking your next trip to Timbewolf Lodge.
- All packages include our listed American Plan services
- Deposit of $150.00 per person required at time of booking. If you need to cancel a reservation and do so within 8 weeks prior, we will honor your deposit if you re-book with us at a later date.
- All rates quoted in CAD, with all taxes extra
- Deposits are accepted by check or credit card
- Final payment at camp the night before departure, paid by credit card
- Accept VISA or MasterCard
- Flight days may be changed to fit your schedule , subject to air service availability
- Weight limit of 75lbs of gear per person
- Guests are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities
- Timberwolf Lodge is not responsible for flight delays or cancellations due to bad weather. No extra charge applied for late departure due to weather
